“I don’t care what kind of the job the I will get after graduate, as far as it is halal, there is no problem. The problem is to get a job that fit with my field, so that I will not waste my potential, the human resources that have inside me.”I said to a friend.
I do believe all the final year students now looking for a job. After life in the learning environment since seven years old, now it is time to face something more challenge. To go to workplace, meet new people and learn a new thing. This is the time when you will feel all the knowledge you learn before will not useful much in this new environment.
Like most of the people,I’m also looking for the job. Even though, I more likely to continue my study, I still doubt about it. Previously, I was thinking of the workplace after finish my study if I get the my dream women. Unfortunately, I get to know that she get engaged with other guy. It’s sad for me to face it.But at the end, I accept it with the open heart.
As my dream to get my dream’s women as my life partner already gone, I’m thinking now to continue my studies. At least, I will get master, get opportunity to learn a new things.Insya-Allah, with the will of Allah(If I get financial assistant), there are few places to further my studies. Check it out:
1)Institute of Microengineering and Nanoelectronics(IMEN),UKM: I’m doing my final year project on the biosensor which related to nanotechnology.
2)School of Chemical Engineering,USM:There is very interesting program by this school namely Master Degree in Chemical Engineering. This is the Mixed Mode program which is student can complete in one year.
3)Faculty of Biosciences and Bioengineering, UTM:Bioengineering is unique field because its combine the biology elements with engineering parts especially electronics.
I just thinking to enroll one of the three places, but did not apply yet.
But, anyway, looking for the job still important to me. The first is because I’m the second from my family and the family need me to help them. Our current house is very not comfortable to us,so need renovation as soon as possible. My mother has been working hard since I was child to feed and give proper education to me and my siblings. So, the time should come where I need to pay back,Even though it’s not equivalent to what she has give to me.
Find out a job this day not really easy even if you are in engineering fields like me.One of the most frequently asked question by fresh graduate before accept the job and during interview is on the entry salary.I found this website, list down the entry salary for fresh graduate in Malaysia based on industries. The average salary for Management Trainee is RM2,000. Anyway let see what is the rate paid by organisation.

The average salary is RM2,000. It might not enough if you life in KL but if you stay in small city,it can be more than enough.

As my friend always told me, the life become tougher now, touch to find the job with good salary, and if you life in KL, you need to find a way how to pay for house, cars and bills every months especially if you are fresh graduate with the salary around RM2,000. And for me, I add one more, It tough to find the sweetheart that fit with myself, that every time I look her,I feel peace and happy, like the light come out of darkness.Hahahaha..LOL
How do you think then? Let’s share…

Saya cadang baca buku hidup tenag walaupun berhutang karya Samsudin Kadir, penerbitnya PTS. Buku yang bagus untuk kita sebelum melangkah ke alam pekerjaan yang serba mencabar.

if you’re still don’t have any permanent job, go for the postgraduate school man,…and if you already have a pure science background, then pursue MBA….reason?…you can get both science and management …,good combination… my sincere advice,

thank you for your advise.
i’m still thinking whether to continue study or not..
i got a kind of offer already to do master in nanotechnology but still think working is priority, i need money..
but at the same, feel worried if i start work, i will loss my interest to study again in the future..
as some people say, if you work, have money, then get married. once u get married, then your commitment to the family. so, no time to think about study..
hope i will do the right decision….

Salam Ukhuwwah Faizal,
Hope u’ll get the best decision for your life. U can further ur study (part time) while u’re working or do your part time job while u’re studying.
Of course, to get something u need to sacrifice something…seems like d barter system. Just manage ur time to fit with ur schedule. It’s all about ur decision right? May Allah bless u

Engineering Jobs in todays economy are difficult to come by and this is made even more problematic by the fact that future employers are becoming more difficult to satisfy. Personally, I think that the world markets should see vast improvements within the next sixyears and this should make everyones financial position easier to manage.

An attention-grabbing dialogue is price comment. I believe that you must write extra on this topic, it won’t be a taboo subject but generally persons are not sufficient to talk on such topics. To the next. Cheers

My 2 sen of thoughts, Pikir balik sebab utama nk study, adakah sbb nk tambah ilmu di dada atau sekadar nk kejar segulung “scroll”? kalau nk kata nk tambah ilmu, masa kerja pun kita leh tambah ilmu + pengalaman. Lagipun u sure need income kan? so better find a good job. Nowadays, susah nk dpt kerja. makin meningkat umur makin susah. Apapun bergantung pada rezeki. Alhamdulillah, sy baru dapat kerja even sy tak graduate lagi (at one of the company you did mention above. hehe). Still have to study hard for my FINAL exam (Harap dapat doakan yg terbaik). Thanks and good all the best for your future…

terima kasih kerana pandangan anda. ia serampang dua mata. bohonglah kalau dikatakan orang yng belajar tinggi-tinggi tak mahu kerja best especially kalau sorang tu datang dari keluarga yang susah. education is the best way to get out of poverty. tetapi diingat yang pendidikan juga adalah bertujuan membina akhlak yang mulia kalau kita betul belajar, ikhlas and always think to serve people with our knowledge. Alhamdulilah, tahniah kepada anda, belajar elok-elok untuk final and get prepare for work..hehehe..^_^..
